From the Olympic stage to the boardroom, she understands the relentless demands of high performance - both as an Olympic athlete and as a CEO and founder. As the former head of the MIT Sports Entrepreneurship Bootcamp and now CEO of the Elevating Leadership Institute, Inga has spent over 16 years coaching Olympians, founders, and C-suite executives, helping them navigate complex leadership challenges and achieve sustainable success.

Mantas has spent over a decade embedded inside organisations, designing accountability structures, aligning systems to strategy and restructuring how decisions get made across multi-site operations.
Nowhere was the importance of proper foundation more apparent than in a healthcare company which, following his engagement, scaled fourfold when the market conditions shifted almost overnight.
The purely managerial toolkit, however, has a ceiling. Every organisational challenge, pushed far enough, becomes a leadership challenge. ELI was co-founded out of necessity to close this gap – to build leaders within these organisational structures, who are ready to face the pressure as much as the structures themselves.
